What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when you visit a website. It enables the site to recognise your device, store certain information (preferences, session identifiers, etc.) and personalise your experience.
The Naturactive Pro site (naturactive.pro) uses only strictly necessary cookies for its operation: these cookies are exempt from prior consent under CNIL recommendations and Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.
Cookies used
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| cms_access_token | Keeps your authenticated session active (short-lived access token). | 15 minutes | Strictly necessary |
| cms_refresh_token | Automatic renewal of your session without re-entering your password. | 7 days | Strictly necessary |
| cms_expires_at | Expiry timestamp allowing the client to anticipate token renewal. | 15 minutes | Strictly necessary |
| i18n_redirected | Remembers the display language you selected. | 1 year | Functional — exempt from consent |
With the exception of the i18n_redirected language cookie, all these cookies are set as httpOnly and Secure (on HTTPS), inaccessible to JavaScript in the browser.
Cookies we do not use
- No audience-measurement cookies: our measurement tool sets none at all.
- No advertising or marketing-profiling cookies.
- No third-party social-network cookies.
Should we ever set a cookie outside this scope — advertising, profiling, social networks — your consent would be collected beforehand, in the form required by the GDPR and CNIL guidelines.
What about audience measurement?
The site does measure its traffic, but without cookies: we use Matomo, installed on our own servers and configured to set none and not to identify you. That measurement falls under the consent exemption the CNIL provides — hence the absence of a banner. The detail is in our privacy policy.
How to manage or delete cookies?
You can erase cookies stored on your device at any time using your browser settings. Note that deleting strictly necessary cookies will sign you out of the site and require new authentication.
