Terms of use
Last updated: 22 October 2026
Purpose
These terms of use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Naturactive Pro platform (available at naturactive.pro, the "service"), a professional information platform for healthcare professionals. Using the service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
Account and access
Access to the service requires an individual account, created by invitation or after approval of an access request. Your credentials are strictly personal: you undertake not to share them and to report any unauthorised use of your account without delay.
The publisher may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these Terms or fraudulent use of the service.
Engagement programme (points, quizzes and benefits)
The service may offer an optional engagement programme. When you take part, points are awarded for certain actions performed on the platform: reading content, taking quizzes, inviting colleagues, signing in regularly. Additional, unlisted bonuses may also exist: they can only ever work in your favour, never against you.
- Participation is optional: you can turn it off at any time from your profile. You then keep full access to the service's standard documentation; only programme-specific benefits (exclusive content, early access to certain publications) remain reserved for participants. No standard content is ever withdrawn in favour of the programme.
- Your ranking is visible to you alone: no individual name, score or rank is ever published or shared with other users, with your employer or with the brand's teams.
- Caps and anti-fraud mechanisms apply to keep the programme fair; points are computed and validated server-side.
- Any benefits are described within the service and granted subject to the applicable conditions, in compliance with the regulations on benefits granted to health professionals (Articles L.1453-3 et seq. of the French Public Health Code).
- In the event of manifest fraud (fictitious accounts, manipulation of the awarding mechanisms), the publisher may cancel the points concerned and suspend participation in the programme.
Proper use of the service
The service is intended for professional use only. You undertake not to extract, reproduce or redistribute the service's content outside your professional practice, and not to disrupt its operation.
Content
The service's content is provided for professional information purposes. It is no substitute for your professional judgement or for the reference standards applicable to your practice. The publisher strives to keep content accurate and up to date, without any guarantee of completeness.
Intellectual property
The intellectual-property rights attached to the service and its content are detailed in the legal notice.
Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Changes to the Terms and governing law
The publisher may amend these Terms; the last-updated date appears at the top of the page and any substantial change will be announced within the service. These Terms are governed by French law.
